What are the shipping rates?
To determine the shipping rate for a specific product or your total order, add the item(s) to the Shopping Cart. If you wish to change the quantity, make your changes within the Shopping Cart and click on the Update Cart button.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
While shipping rates are applied at checkout, deliveries to select remote locations will be subject to an additional freight charge. Where orders are subject to an additional freight charge, shipping rates will be provided prior to the orders completion.
At this time, inSeason Home+Garden is unable to ship to the Territories (Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut).
inSeason Home+Garden delivers within Canada only.
Deliveries can only be made to locations with a street address or rural route number with postal code. inSeason Home+Garden cannot deliver to PO boxes.
When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 24 - 72 hours if all items in the order are available. If items are backordered, a follow-up email will be sent to you with an estimated time of delivery.
Free shipping
Free shipping is available for delivery within Canada only, but is not available for delivery to the Territories (Yukon, NWT and Nunavut) or select remote locations. Market-established rural delivery fees may apply to your location. Where orders are subject to an additional freight charge, shipping rates will be provided prior to order completion. Free shipping does not apply to the purchase of previous orders or in-store purchases.
Some items offered for sale may be subject to “In Store Pick Up” only. Offer subject to change without notice. Free shipping is available for online purchases at www.in-season.ca only.
Can I refuse a package if it is damaged?
Yes you can refuse a package if it is evident that the package has been damaged in transit. However, if you have already accepted the package, please call inSeason Home+Garden at 1-519-218-2188 within 48 hours of delivery.
How do I track my package?
Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided on your Shipping Confirmation email.
Orders shipped by courier can be tracked via the delivery provider's website. Please note that after your order has been shipped, it may take 24 to 48 hours for the courier to update its tracking information.
