Return Policy

While we hope you are more than satisfied with your purchase from inSeason Home+Garden, should you have reason to be dissatisfied, you can return items purchased in-store or online at inSeason Home+Garden, or you can arrange to have your online order picked up by calling 1-519-218-2188.

Items Purchased in Our Store

Items purchased at inSeason Home+Garden can only be returned in-store. For fast, easy returns, keep your receipt as it not only ensures you get the proper credit for your purchase, but it also helps our Associates process your return quickly.

Returns will be accepted with an Original Sales Receipt within 90 Days of Purchase. Returns with or without an original sales receipt after 90 Days will not be accepted. Store credit may be extended at the discretion of inSeason Home+Garden

Items Purchased Online

For your convenience, items purchased on can be returned to our store within 90 days of purchase.

Bring the item(s) with a copy of your shipping confirmation email to inSeason Home+Garden for credit to your original tender or an inSeason Home+Garden store credit. Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition. Please see Return Policy Exceptions (below) for further details.

Online returns can also be made by calling 1-218-2188 within 90 days of purchase only, regardless of payment method. Arrangements will be made for your item to be picked up and returned. A return authorization number (RA#) will be provided. No returns will be accepted without a RA#.

Return Policy Exceptions

Special Order items may not be returned. Cancellations may also be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Gift cards, gift certificates, freight costs and store credit cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or cheque.

Holiday décor items may not be returned.

Any product damage and/or defects must be reported within 30 days. Be sure to report any product defects or damages with the delivery agent. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Other Terms and Conditions

inSeason Home+Garden at its sole discretion reserves the right to request valid identification prior to accepting merchandise for a return.

inSeason Home+Garden reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.

inSeason Home+Garden will only accept the return of merchandise purchased from inSeason Home+Garden and

inSeason Home+Garden may issue a cheque for refunds over $1,000.
