Free In-Store Pick Up

The inSeason Home+Garden, Pick Up In-Store option offers you the convenience of shopping for regular in-store stocked products online but saves you the shipping charges associated with home delivery. If you are in a hurry, In-Store Pick Up is a real convenience as there’s no need for you to find and pay for your product(s); when you arrive at the store everything will be ready for you.

Just follow These Easy Steps:

  1. Place your order on in-season.ca.
  2. Choose the Pick Up In-Store option during checkout.
  3. You will receive two (2) separate emails - an initial Order Confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order, followed by an In-Store Order Pick-Up Notification email when your order is ready at inSeason Home+Garden.
  4. Bring your In-Store Order Pick-Up Notification email, your order number and a government-issued photo ID to inSeason Home+Garden to pick up your order.

In-Store Pick-Up is Valid Only:

During regular store hours. Tuesday to Friday 10:00AM – 6:00PM and Saturday 10:00AM – 5:00PM.

In-Store Pick-Up FAQ?

In-Store Pick-Up is Valid Only:

    Most orders will be ready for pick-up within two hours from the time the order was placed. Some orders may take longer due to inventory and/or availability, and store hours. Please wait for your In-Store Order Pick-Up Notification email before visiting the store for order pick-up.

Why do I need to provide my phone number when placing an order online?

    Most items will be ready for in-store pick-up within two hours of the time you place your order in-season.ca. However, if for some reason there is an issue with a specific inventory item, a store associate may need to reach you directly to provide additional information about your order.

How will I know my order is ready for pick-up?

    You will receive two (2) separate email communications from inSeason Home+Garden. After you receive your initial Order Confirmation Notification, you will receive an In-Store Order Pick-up Notification letting you know your order is ready for pickup.

What do I need to bring to the store to pick up my order(s)?

    For easy order pick-up, please bring the following with you to the store:
    • A piece of government-issued photo ID
    • The order number
    • The In-Store Order Pick-Up Notification email

    For your protection, at this time, you are the only person eligible to pick-up your order.

Once my order is ready, how long will it be available at the store for pick-up?

    Your order will be available for in-store pick-up for seven (7) days from the date the order is ready. For your protection, if your complete order is not picked up within this timeframe, we'll cancel the order and issue a refund based on the original form of payment.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

    We hope you are completely satisfied with your order, but if you need to cancel any item(s), let us know. For your convenience, you can cancel items by contacting InSeason Home+Garden @ 519 218 2188.

What if I need to return an item(s) I ordered?

    To return any item(s), simply bring the item(s) and order receipt to InSeason Home+Garden. Please refer to inSeason Home+Garden’s return policy
